*To be eligible for the WAIMH Congress student rates you must be a current student enrolled in full or part time study. Evidence of your current enrolment status must be presented onsite when you collect your registration.

**Please note that we offer a developing country registration rate. In order to qualify for this registration category your country of residence must appear on the official World Bank 2021-22 list. * For delegates wishing to register at the LMIC (Low to Middle Income Countries rate), please click here to view your country in the World Bank classification of countries. 

The main Congress registration fee includes:

• Attendance at all sessions and entrance to the exhibition area
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception
• Opportunity to purchase a ticket to the Gala Dinner
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch

The Accompanying person registration includes:

• Ticket to the Welcome Reception
• Ticket to the Opening and Closing Ceremony

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering. Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Maestro.

Full payment must be received in full prior to the Congress. If you register at the early registration rate, payment must be received in full by the Early Registration deadline. If payment is not received at this time, your registration rate will automatically be changed to standard registration and the higher fee will be due.

On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the Congress organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the Congress organisers by emailing waimh2023@in-conference.org.uk.

Cancellation Terms
Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to waimh2023@in-conference.org.uk, please ensure you receive an acknowledgment. Cancellations for registrations made on or before the cancellation deadline (16th June 2023) you will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 10% of the total fee. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the total conference fee and no refund will be received.

Substitutions can be made at any time, however this may not be reflected in the Programme or Book of Abstracts if there is a change to a presenting author of an oral or poster presentation after 16 June 2023.
